The “helping hand” concept was adapted for every member to maximize one’s efforts and resources to achieve things. Members who are free from struggles within themselves are more productive and efficient thus making members contented and satisfied in terms of pay, benefits and services. Benefits and services are to extend to members’ families and extended families.

 

Kabisig Workers Cooperative believes the organization has to perform well than what is expected of it. Thus, the cooperative’s involvement goes beyond providing assistance to its members.
