KWC is a distinct and independent business and undertakes to perform the job, work or service on our own account and under our own responsibility according to our own manner and method, and free from the control and direction of the principal in all matters connected with the performance of the work except as to the results.

 

 

                The strategy initiated in 2012 underlines the continued importance of focusing on building a profitable and sustainable business platform for Kabisig Workers Cooperative’s future development.

                We will have the substantial capital or investment in the form of tools, equipment, machineries, and work premises, among others.

                To accomplish cooperative’s plans aimed at further improving service to its members. KWC intends to:

• Stay guided by cooperative’s principle and fundamentals.

• Will keep its operations democratic and morally driven.

• Emphasize the value of capital build-up and savings.

• Lead the industry by increasing operational excellence.

• Continuous education through skills trainings and seminars

• More importantly, KW will continue to encourage members to be more productive and efficient

 

KABISIG WORKERS COOPERATIVE believes that the cooperative set-up is the most efficient set-up for the production and delivery of certain goods and services. True workers’ cooperatives are rare but KWC with dedicated and active members, strong and effective management, inspired and nurturing leaders is determined to make a difference
